SHIPPING

We can ship to the USA only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.

When you place an order, we do our best to ship within 24 hours or less on weekdays. We do not typically ship on weekends. Some products require extra time to assemble, package or produce and may take many days before shipping. We ship through the USPS and most shipments arrive at the customer’s destination within 3-5 business days. Once a package has been transferred to the USPS, spectre3D can no longer modify or re-direct the shipment.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Manufacture-damaged or defective products, or products damaged during shipping, will be fully refunded or replaced. Products that have been intentionally damaged or modified by the customer are not able to be returned or refunded. Most products with normal wear or blemishes from installation or testing are able to be returned. In most cases, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an undamaged product for a refund or exchange. spectre3D will often refund or replace a damaged product without requiring a return, but all cases must be through email via our CONTACT PAGE form. Refunds are not available for any product after 90 days of receipt by the customer, except in the case of manufacturer defects, which are covered up to 180 days.
