Effective Date: August 20 2026
Business: Spectre3D
Website: spectre3D.org
Operating State: Georgia, United States
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The following Terms, Policies, and Disclaimers govern purchases from and use of Spectre3D, including purchases made through spectre3D.org.
Spectre3D sells 3D-printed products, accessories, replacement components, radio and electronics accessories, airsoft accessories, firearm-related accessories, and other products intended for lawful ownership and use.
These policies are intended to establish the contractual terms governing transactions with Spectre3D. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney familiar with applicable federal and Georgia law, consumer-protection requirements, firearms regulations, e-commerce law, product liability, privacy requirements, and payment-processing rules.
Nothing contained on the Spectre3D website constitutes legal advice or a representation that any particular product, installation, configuration, or use is lawful in every jurisdiction.
1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing spectre3D.org, creating an account, submitting an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using Spectre3D's website or services, the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") agrees to these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated into them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website and must not place an order.
Spectre3D reserves the right to modify these Terms and related policies at any time. Changes become effective when published unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Compliance With Laws
The Customer is solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, installation, configuration, transportation, transfer, resale, or use of any product is lawful in the Customer's jurisdiction.
This includes compliance with all applicable:
- Federal laws and regulations;
- State laws and regulations;
- County and municipal ordinances;
- Firearm and weapon regulations;
- Age restrictions;
- Possession restrictions;
- Magazine or capacity restrictions;
- Installation and configuration restrictions;
- Import and export controls; and
- Other applicable regulatory requirements.
Spectre3D does not provide legal advice.
The availability of a product on spectre3D.org does not constitute a representation that the product is lawful to purchase, possess, install, or use in every jurisdiction.
All products are sold exclusively for lawful purposes.
1.3 Customer Representations
By submitting an order, the Customer represents and warrants that:
- The Customer is legally permitted to purchase the products ordered;
- The Customer is not prohibited by applicable law from possessing the products;
- The Customer will not purchase products on behalf of a prohibited person;
- The Customer will not knowingly use any product in violation of applicable law;
- All information supplied during checkout is accurate and complete; and
- The Customer has independently determined the legality of the transaction where required.
1.4 Restricted Products & Jurisdictions
Certain products may be unavailable or restricted in particular states, municipalities, territories, or other jurisdictions.
Restrictions may apply to shipments involving jurisdictions including, but not limited to:
- California;
- New York;
- New Jersey;
- Illinois;
- Massachusetts;
- Connecticut;
- Washington;
- District of Columbia; and
- Any other jurisdiction imposing applicable restrictions.
Restrictions may vary by product and may change without notice.
Spectre3D reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to:
- Refuse any transaction;
- Cancel an order;
- Restrict purchase quantities;
- Require additional customer information;
- Require age or identity verification;
- Require documentation;
- Decline shipment to a particular address or jurisdiction; or
- Discontinue the sale of any product.
An order confirmation does not prevent Spectre3D from subsequently cancelling an order for legal, compliance, payment-risk, inventory, pricing-error, or fraud-prevention reasons.
2. ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY
2.1 Made-to-Order Products
Many Spectre3D products are manufactured using additive manufacturing and may be printed or assembled to order.
Unless specifically identified as immediately available inventory, customers should not assume that an item is already manufactured when an order is submitted.
Production and processing estimates are not guaranteed completion dates.
2.2 Processing
Orders are generally processed in the order received.
Processing time may vary because of:
- Production requirements;
- Material availability;
- Equipment availability;
- Quality-control inspection;
- Post-processing or finishing;
- Compliance review;
- Inventory shortages;
- Order volume;
- Payment verification;
- Fraud-prevention screening; or
- Circumstances outside Spectre3D's reasonable control.
2.3 3D-Printed Product Characteristics
Customers acknowledge that additive manufacturing differs from conventional injection molding or machining.
Normal characteristics of 3D-printed products may include:
- Visible layer lines;
- Minor surface variations;
- Small cosmetic imperfections;
- Support-interface marks;
- Slight differences in texture;
- Minor dimensional variations;
- Minor differences between production batches.
These characteristics alone do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.
Product appearance may also vary slightly from photographs because of material batches, manufacturing revisions, lighting, displays, or ongoing design improvements.
2.4 No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Estimated delivery dates displayed on the website, checkout page, order confirmation, or carrier website are estimates only unless Spectre3D expressly guarantees a delivery date in writing.
Spectre3D is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
- Carrier delays;
- Weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Transportation interruptions;
- Incorrect customer addresses;
- Government action;
- Inspection or seizure by governmental authorities;
- Carrier routing errors; or
- Other delivery interruptions.
2.5 Domestic Shipping
Unless expressly approved otherwise in writing, Spectre3D ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.
International orders and unauthorized freight-forwarding arrangements may be refused or cancelled.
2.6 Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Spectre3D is not responsible for loss, delay, or additional expenses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address supplied by the Customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of customer-provided address errors.
2.7 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law.
Where legally permitted, risk of loss transfers to the Customer after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
Nothing in this provision eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
3. RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION
3.1 Made-to-Order / All Sales Final Policy
Because many Spectre3D products are manufactured, printed, assembled, or prepared specifically in response to customer orders, all sales are final unless otherwise approved by Spectre3D or required by applicable law.
Customers should verify compatibility before purchasing.
3.2 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Customers must notify Spectre3D of an allegedly defective, damaged, or incorrect product within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery, unless a longer period is required by law.
Claims should include:
- Order number;
- Customer name;
- Description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the product;
- Photographs showing the claimed defect or damage; and
- Photographs of packaging when shipping damage is alleged.
Spectre3D may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim.
3.3 Approved Remedies
After evaluating an eligible claim, Spectre3D may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- Replacement;
- Replacement component;
- Repair where appropriate;
- Store credit;
- Partial refund; or
- Full refund.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Refunds or credits may exclude non-refundable costs where legally permitted, including original shipping expenses or expenses resulting from customer misuse or unauthorized modification.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
3.4 Non-Returnable Products
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly authorized by Spectre3D, the following are non-returnable:
- Installed products;
- Used products;
- Customer-damaged products;
- Custom-manufactured products;
- Personalized products;
- Special-order products;
- Clearance products;
- Modified products;
- Products altered after delivery; and
- Products damaged through improper installation.
3.5 Order Cancellations
Because manufacturing may begin shortly after an order is received, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once manufacturing, customization, assembly, packaging, or fulfillment has begun, Spectre3D may decline a cancellation request where permitted by law.
4. PRODUCT USE & COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER
4.1 Lawful Use Only
All Spectre3D products are sold exclusively for lawful purposes.
Customers agree not to knowingly:
- Use products in violation of applicable law;
- Create an unlawful configuration;
- Perform unlawful modifications;
- Transfer products unlawfully;
- Export products unlawfully; or
- Use Spectre3D products to facilitate unlawful activity.
4.2 Firearm-Related Accessories
Certain Spectre3D products may be designed for use with firearms, airguns, airsoft equipment, magazines, rails, stocks, chassis systems, or related platforms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the sale of an accessory does not constitute a representation regarding the legality of any resulting firearm or equipment configuration.
The Customer is responsible for determining whether installation or use of an accessory alters the legal classification or status of the underlying platform.
4.3 Installation & Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before installation.
Installation should be performed only by individuals possessing the appropriate knowledge and skill for the product involved.
Products must not be forced into place when resistance indicates improper fitment.
Modification, excessive tightening, improper hardware, excessive force, heat damage, chemical exposure, or installation on incompatible equipment may result in product failure and may void any otherwise applicable remedy.
When appropriate, customers should consult a qualified gunsmith, armorer, technician, or other competent professional.
4.4 Regulatory Compliance
Federal, state, and local firearm laws and administrative interpretations may change.
Spectre3D reserves the right to:
- Discontinue products;
- Refuse transactions;
- Require documentation;
- Modify shipping restrictions;
- Cancel transactions presenting compliance concerns; and
- Respond to legally valid governmental requests.
Customers remain independently responsible for compliance with applicable law.
4.5 Export Restrictions
Certain products, technical information, files, components, or accessories may be subject to U.S. export-control laws and regulations.
Customers may not export, re-export, transfer, or otherwise provide controlled products or technical information outside the United States in violation of applicable law.
The Customer assumes responsibility for obtaining any required authorization before export or transfer.
5. AGE & IDENTITY VERIFICATION POLICY
By purchasing from Spectre3D, the Customer represents that the Customer:
- Meets the minimum legal age required for the particular transaction;
- Is legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered; and
- Is providing accurate identity, billing, and shipping information.
Where appropriate, Spectre3D reserves the right to:
- Request proof of age;
- Request identity verification;
- Verify billing or shipping information;
- Cancel unverifiable transactions; or
- Refuse service where permitted by law.
Failure or refusal to complete requested verification may result in cancellation.
6. RESELLER & DEALER TERMS
6.1 Reseller Authorization
Purchasing Spectre3D products for resale does not automatically create an authorized dealer, distributor, representative, franchise, partnership, or agency relationship.
No reseller may identify itself as an "Authorized Spectre3D Dealer," "Authorized Spectre3D Distributor," or similar designation without prior written authorization from Spectre3D.
6.2 Intellectual Property & Branding
Resellers may not, without written authorization:
- Represent themselves as Spectre3D;
- Register domains incorporating the Spectre3D name;
- Create misleading social-media accounts;
- Alter Spectre3D branding in a misleading manner;
- Claim ownership of Spectre3D product designs;
- Copy proprietary photographs, graphics, descriptions, or marketing materials except where permission has been granted; or
- Suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist.
All applicable Spectre3D trademarks, branding, photographs, product descriptions, CAD designs, graphics, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owner.
6.3 Minimum Advertised Price Policies
Spectre3D may establish separate Minimum Advertised Price ("MAP") policies for eligible reseller programs where lawful.
Any applicable MAP requirements will be communicated separately to participating resellers.
Failure to comply with applicable reseller program requirements may result in:
- Loss of reseller privileges;
- Suspension of wholesale pricing;
- Account termination; or
- Refusal of future wholesale transactions.
6.4 Online Marketplace Restrictions
Unless expressly authorized in writing, resellers may not market Spectre3D products on third-party marketplaces using Spectre3D branding, product photographs, proprietary descriptions, or representations of authorized-dealer status.
Restricted marketplaces may include:
- Amazon;
- eBay;
- Walmart Marketplace;
- Facebook Marketplace;
- Craigslist;
- Third-party auction platforms; and
- Similar marketplace services.
Spectre3D may grant marketplace authorization on a reseller-by-reseller or platform-by-platform basis.
6.5 Reseller Responsibilities
Every reseller operates as an independent business and is responsible for its own:
- Federal, state, and local legal compliance;
- Customer eligibility screening;
- Product restrictions;
- Sales and use taxes;
- Business licensing;
- Regulatory licensing;
- Advertising representations;
- Shipping compliance;
- Returns and customer service; and
- Marketplace compliance.
Spectre3D is not responsible for a reseller's independent conduct.
7. LIMITED WARRANTY & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Except for any written warranty expressly provided for a particular product and except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, Spectre3D products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spectre3D disclaims warranties not expressly provided in writing, including implied warranties of:
- Merchantability;
- Fitness for a particular purpose; and
- Non-infringement.
No employee, reseller, customer-service communication, product discussion, social-media statement, or other oral representation creates a warranty unless expressly incorporated into a written warranty issued by Spectre3D.
This disclaimer does not eliminate warranties or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit Spectre3D to disclaim.
8. CHARGEBACK, PAYMENT & FRAUD POLICY
8.1 Fraud Prevention
Orders may be reviewed using reasonable fraud-prevention procedures, including:
- Address verification;
- Payment verification;
- Identity verification;
- IP and device information;
- Transaction-risk analysis;
- Order-history review; and
- Other commercially reasonable fraud-prevention methods.
Spectre3D may delay or cancel orders presenting significant fraud or compliance concerns.
8.2 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Spectre3D promptly regarding unresolved order problems before initiating a payment dispute so that Spectre3D has an opportunity to investigate the matter.
Nothing in this provision prevents a Customer from exercising lawful rights provided by a card issuer, payment processor, bank, or applicable consumer-protection law.
Knowingly fraudulent payment disputes, payment fraud, identity fraud, or other unlawful activity may result in:
- Account termination;
- Refusal of future transactions;
- Collection efforts where legally appropriate;
- Civil remedies; or
- Referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.
Spectre3D may provide relevant transaction records, shipping records, communications, and other evidence to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a dispute.
9. PRIVACY POLICY SUMMARY
Spectre3D may collect information reasonably necessary to operate its website and fulfill transactions, including:

- Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- Circumvent security measures;

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise identified, the content appearing on spectre3D.org—including product photographs, branding, graphics, text, product descriptions, original designs, CAD files, downloadable files, logos, and website content—is owned by or licensed to Spectre3D and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, CAD file, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
Unless an applicable license expressly provides otherwise, customers may not reproduce, manufacture, distribute, resell digital files, or commercially exploit Spectre3D intellectual property without written authorization.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spectre3D shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, possession, misuse, modification, or use of its products.
This includes, where legally permitted, damages arising from:
- Improper installation;

- Incompatible equipment;
- Product misuse;
- Failure to follow instructions;
- Unlawful configurations;
- Regulatory violations caused by customer conduct;
- Lost profits;
- Business interruption; or
- Loss of use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spectre3D's aggregate liability arising from a product transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Spectre3D for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Spectre3D and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from the Customer's:
- Unlawful use of a product;
- Unauthorized modification;
- Unlawful resale or transfer;
- Violation of these Terms; or
- Violation of applicable law.
This provision applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
14. PRODUCT DESIGN REVISIONS
Spectre3D may continuously improve or revise its products.
Spectre3D reserves the right to modify, without prior notice:
- Materials;
- Hardware;
- Manufacturing methods;
- Internal geometry;
- Surface finish;
- Packaging;
- Product dimensions within reasonable functional tolerances; and
- Non-material design characteristics.
A Customer may therefore receive a newer product revision than the version pictured or previously purchased, provided the product remains substantially consistent with its advertised purpose and specifications.
15. ERRORS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Spectre3D attempts to maintain accurate product descriptions, prices, photographs, and availability information but does not guarantee that all website information will always be error-free.
Spectre3D reserves the right to correct:
- Pricing errors;
- Typographical errors;
- Incorrect specifications;
- Inventory errors; and
- Website technical errors.
Where permitted by law, an order affected by a material error may be cancelled and refunded.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and related policies shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another mandatory law controls.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
IMPORTANT: THIS SECTION SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY A GEORGIA-LICENSED ATTORNEY BEFORE PUBLICATION.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, spectre3D.org, or transactions with Spectre3D shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than litigation in court, except for claims legally eligible for small-claims court or claims for which arbitration cannot lawfully be required.
Arbitration shall take place in Georgia unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires another location.
To the extent permitted by law:
- Claims must be brought individually;
- Neither party may participate in a class or representative action in arbitration; and
- The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief.
The arbitration administrator, applicable rules, allocation of fees, notice procedure, opt-out rights if appropriate, and other required arbitration procedures should be specified in the final attorney-reviewed version of these Terms.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
19. NO WAIVER
Failure by Spectre3D to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or Spectre3D's right to enforce it later.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with applicable product-specific disclosures, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between the Customer and Spectre3D concerning use of the website and applicable transactions.
21. CONTACT INFORMATION
Questions regarding orders, policies, reseller authorization, or compliance may be submitted through the contact methods provided at:
spectre3D.org
Customers seeking advice regarding the legality of a product in their jurisdiction should consult a qualified attorney or appropriate governmental authority before purchasing, installing, or using the product.
LEGAL REVIEW NOTICE
This document is a business-policy template and should not be published as a substitute for individualized legal advice.
Before implementation, Spectre3D should have qualified counsel specifically review:
- Georgia consumer-protection requirements;
- The arbitration and class-action waiver;
- Warranty limitations;
- Return/refund language;
- Firearm-accessory restrictions;
- State-by-state shipping restrictions;
- Export-control language;
- Privacy and cookie disclosures;
- MAP/reseller provisions; and
- Product-liability provisions.
Firearm and accessory laws can change rapidly. Spectre3D should maintain product-specific shipping restrictions rather than relying exclusively on a static list of restricted states.
