Standard Products: You may return unused, non-customized products within 30 days of delivery.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom 3D prints, these items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
Digital Products or Files: All digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Proof of purchase is required (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
