Spectre3D Return Policy

At Spectre3D, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Standard Products: You may return unused, non-customized products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom 3D prints, these items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

  • Digital Products or Files: All digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, invoice, or receipt).


3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [support@spectre3d.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
